Unit A-1 at Maalea Surf

• Beach front unit, ground floor (12 feet from the beach)
• Two bedrooms with two baths
• Full kitchen with microwave
• Central A/C and ceiling fans
• Cable TV with internet access
• Two swimming pools, excellent beach
• Two tennis courts, gas BBQ's
• Laundry room available

Value Season Rates (April 15, 2012 - November 15, 2012):

• Up to six people ------- $405 per day
• Maximum -- six people
• Minimum stay -- 3 nights

High Season Rates (November 16, 2012 - April 14, 2013):

• Up to six people ------- $425 per day
• Maximum -- six people
• Minimum stay -- 10 nights

10% discount for staying 28 nights or longer.
Staying 4 nights or less, add cleaning fee of  $150
No smoking & no pets.

Three nights deposit must be received within ten days of booking to confirm a reservation.  Full payment of balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
    
Hawaii taxes additional.  Check-in fee $45.  CANCELLATION  POLICY:  We reserve the right to withhold 10% of the deposit as a handling fee for any cancellation.  To receive a refund, 45 day notice of cancellation is required in value season. A 60 day notice is required in high season.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
